Interlude (but not with sunflowers) – Our Heroes have been bravely facingn the forces of Evil in the Ruined City of Armskirk for several weeks now. They have seen three of their companions die at the hands of their enemies, and two more have been injured but are healing, albeit slowly. So here's the skinny on what happened next:
Campaign Turn 9 had a Wandering Healer in town, who got Tundaline back on her feet and ready to adventure. Nothing else of note was done, the Warband decided to lay low in town while waiting for Drustan to finish healing up as well.
Campaign Turn 10 was a Travel turn, as the Warband had to travel to a new Wilderness location about more Quest stuff; in this case, the former Mayor of the city. While en route, a Sociable Monk offered Our Heroes a Contract, which needs to be pursued within three Campaign Turns. Upon meeting the Mayor, the group was given 5 gold marks and Drustan is now fully recovered.
Campaign Turn 11 was another Travel turn, as Our Heroes returned to The Crossing with a eye to fulfill that Contract. We Saw Somethin In The Distance, and added an Unexplored Location to the Map. We all arrived safely back at The Crossing, ready to go out and kick some Evil butt in the next Campaign Turn!
